Every other day when it’s dark, I hear what sounds like animals fighting on my roof. Don’t think it’s a cat. It’s really annoying…what do I do?

Well that doesn’t sound good. If it only happens at night, I’m guessing it’s something nocturnal like a raccoon. Personally I wouldn’t mess with it if it sounds like they’re fighting. Wouldn’t want rabies or anything lol. Best bet is call pest control

+1 for calling experts. Safety should always be your priority especially on the roof when it’s dark. Be careful

Ok just an update. It was raccoons and pest control caught and released them. But they did a lot of damage to my roof!..a lot of ruined shingles and droppings. This sucks! 🙁 🙁

Anyone know anything good Toronto roofing companies they can recommend? Don’t want to cheap out on this. Looking for a good contractor that uses good parts

Ouch very unfortunate that happened to you. Raccoons are nothing but trouble in Toronto. I remember when our garbage bins didn’t come with anti raccoon locks. Goooood times

Try looking on Google maps for a roofing contractor

I used a local company called Cherry & Clark Roofing few years ago. Roof still looks good as new. My cousin used them and recommended them to me. Apparently they’ve been around for 40 years and their work comes with warranty. Couldn’t be happier
