Okay, I’ve been doing some research and looking at some online condo listings near the GTA. After many, many hours of going through hundreds of listings, I found a great place near Liberty Village that seems to match all my criteria – budget, walking distance, traffic, everything. It was like all my hard work paid off and I finally found the one!

I’m just hesitant because I’m unfamiliar with this neighbourhood and want to hear your thoughts about the area. Any pesky stuff that I need to beware of? Any input is appreciated, thanks!

Okay, I promise not to poach your perfect condo, but where did you find it? I’m looking for a place too, but can’t seem to find anything to my liking.

I went through A LOT of real estate websites, probably every website I can find, but the condo that I finally settled for was found on the Toronto Condo Team site. They have a lot of properties available in other neighbourhoods too, but there was one particular place in the Liberty Village area that really caught my eye.

Liberty Village is a very young area. Perfect for youths, so expect a lot of young people. And whenever there are young people, you can expect a lot of partying that continues late into the night. Good area if you are into the party scene, maybe not so if you’re a little older and want somewhere a bit more restful.

Yes, I agree it’s a very young area. I lived there when I was a student and loved the place, but I don’t know if I wanna go back to living there permanently now that I’m a little older and a little wiser.
